BINDHI’S LLC Refund and Returns Policy

Definitions

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this agreement) refers to BINDHI’S LLC, Hockessin, Delaware 19707.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on BINDHIS.com.

Orders refer to the request made by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to BINDHIS.com.

Website refers to BINDHI’S LLC, accessible at www.BINDHIS.com.

You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Cancellation Rights

 

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 24 hours without giving a reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 hours from the date on which You placed the order of the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, orders the product.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Any cancellations past 24 hours will not be approved.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be cancelled. Sale items may not be cancelled.

 

Conditions for Replacement

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at AREbusinessinfo@gmail.com or via our Contact Us page.

 

Conditions for Refunds and Returns

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received in the last 24 hours
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods contain 92% of contents.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned (damaged, more than 10% missing, packaging defects in transit (third-party carriers, etc.).
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

Returns We Accept:

  • Goods that were requested for return less than 24 hours after receiving the Order.
  • Goods that are spoiled upon arrival (request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the Order).

  • Include BINDHI’S receipt of the Goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Goods or merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be returned and returned. Goods on sale may not be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to certain situations or that permitted by the applicable law.

 

Shipping returns

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should email us at AREbusinessinfo@gmail.com or via our Contact Us page prior to shipping any Goods back.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
